Kamila graduated at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1999 with BSc Hons in Osteopathic Medicine and DO in Naturopathy and she has remained very passionate about her work and profession ever since.
She started her own practice in Bishops Stortford in 2004, whilst still working alongside some great osteopaths. In 2017 due to expansion, she relocated her clinic to Hockerill Court where she later launched the Alpha Osteopathic & Health Clinic.
Helen Neary has been performing osteopathy in the Bishop's Stortford area for over 20 years, treating people of all ages from babies to the elderly. Helen can address all areas of the body from head to toe.
As well as structural osteopathy, Helen uses cranial technique, acupuncture and ultrasound therapy. She believes in accurate diagnosis and an holistic approach to treatment to restore your body to its proper function.
Suzanne qualified as an osteopath in 2008. She undertook specialist training in cranial osteopathy in 2014 and completed a post-graduate qualification in treating babies and children at the Osteopathic Centre for Children. She also worked in specialist pregnancy and baby clinics in north London and Hertfordshire. Suzanne became interested in supporting babies and new mums following her own experiences.
Her approach combines gentle cranial techniques withmore direct treatment styles including dry needling. She also has a specialist interest in Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder/EDS.
I specialise in empowering women to move and feel better through the use of womens health physiotherapy. With over a decade of experience, my career highlights have included working with major sports teams, elite athletes and at the London 2012 Olympics and Paralympics.
My greatest personal highlight was becoming a mum. My individual journey has led me to specialise in helping other women through pre- and post-natal care. One of the key ways I do this is by providing the specialist physiotherapy service, Mummy MOT.
Yulia is a highly qualified and experienced massage therapist, having been in practice for over 10 years.
Since qualifying as an advanced clinical massage therapist from the Jing Institute of Advanced Massage Training in 2010, she has specialised in remedial massage for pain relief, including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and assisted stretching. Yulia is also qualified in Pregnancy Massage.
Louise has a special interest in treating chronic pain conditions and acute injuries, through a combination of massage treatment and exercise.
Louise first qualified in massage in 2013, continuing her training with the addition of deep tissue massage. Her continued professional development led her to the Jing Institute of Advanced Massage Training in Brighton where she trained as an Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist in 2015 following a years’ worth of studying and practical training.
Since then, Louise has also qualified in pregnancy massage in 2019 and in Advanced Myofascial Release in 2022.
Return to right is the studio of Leon Edwards, a holistic therapist. He specialises in Swedish & Thai massage, performed on the floor as per traditional practices, as well as foot reflexology. Trained in Malaysia, Leon brings an authentic and mindful approach to his clients, with the intention of delivering a rejuvenating and healing experience that is unique to his method.
